1. Acceptance, Effect and Modification of the Agreement

1.1 This Agreement is entered into between you (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "You") and the operator of this Site regarding the use of all services provided by this Site (including but not limited to web search, keyword landing pages, account registration and login, favorites, reviews, feedback, infringement reporting, etc., hereinafter referred to as "the Services").

1.2 The content of this Agreement also includes the Privacy Policy and various rules, announcements and statements published by this Site from time to time. If any conflict exists between the foregoing documents and this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail; matters not covered herein shall be governed by other rules.

1.3 This Site reserves the right to revise this Agreement from time to time in accordance with changes in laws and regulations, operational needs and other reasons. The revised agreement will be published through page announcements or other appropriate means. After the agreement is revised, if you continue to access or use the Services, you are deemed to have accepted the revised agreement; if you do not accept it, you should stop using the Services. This Site recommends that you periodically review the latest version of this Agreement.

1.4 If any part of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

2. Definitions

2.1 "Search Results": means the resource links, titles, descriptions, sources, thumbnails, ratings, statistics and other content displayed to users by this Site based on automated indexing, third-party public APIs or plugin collection.

2.2 "Third-Party Content": means any files, links, text, images, audio/video and other content published, stored or distributed by third parties (including but not limited to cloud-drive service providers, Telegram channels, third-party sites, plugin sources).

2.3 "User Content": means all information submitted by you through the Services, including but not limited to feedback, complaint materials, nicknames, avatars, personal profiles and reviews.

3. Nature and Scope of the Services (Important)

3.1 This Site only provides automated retrieval and navigation services for resource links on the public internet, and its nature is that of a link aggregation search tool. This Site does not produce, store, upload, distribute, recommend, edit or control any third-party resource files or third-party page content. Search results are generated by automated programs and are machine-generated and uncertain in nature.

3.2 Search results may originate from:

• Cloud-drive links that have been actively and publicly shared by third parties on the public internet;
• Public information scraped from third-party public channels or sites by this Site or third-party plugins;
• Previously retrieved results temporarily stored in this Site's cache system.

3.3 To improve response speed, this Site uses a caching mechanism for search results (typically 1 hour, and approximately 10 minutes for empty results). During the cache period, the actual link status and content may have changed. You understand and agree to accept the information lag caused by the caching mechanism.

3.4 Certain features of this Site (such as accounts, favorites, reviews and feedback) are convenience auxiliary functions, and their availability does not constitute any commitment.

4. Account Registration, Use and Security

4.1 Some features of the Services require account registration. Registration is conducted via mobile phone number and SMS verification code; an unregistered mobile phone number will automatically create an account after successful verification.

4.2 You shall ensure that:

• The mobile phone number used for registration and use is legally held by you or you have obtained authorization from the holder;
• The nickname, avatar, profile and other information submitted are true, lawful and free of illegal or non-compliant content;
• You keep your account secure to prevent impersonation or unauthorized use by others.

4.3 All actions taken under your account are deemed to be your own actions, and the legal consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by you. This Site shall not be liable for losses caused by your own reasons (including but not limited to password leakage, device loss, or verification code leakage).

4.4 Based on reasonable judgment (including but not limited to suspected illegal or non-compliant acts, abuse of features, attacks on or scraping of this Site, interference with other users, or account anomalies), this Site reserves the right to take measures such as warnings, feature restrictions, muting, account suspension, refusal of service, and preservation and submission of relevant evidence in accordance with the law, as the case may be, without prior notice.

4.5 You may stop using and cancel (abandon) your account at any time; the consequences of data deletion resulting from cancellation shall be borne by you.

5. User Conduct

5.1 You undertake that in the course of using the Services, you will not use this Site or the search results obtained through this Site to engage in any activities that violate laws and regulations, endanger national security, or undermine public order and good morals, including but not limited to:

• Searching for, obtaining, downloading or disseminating any content prohibited by laws and regulations (including but not limited to obscene or pornographic content, violent or terrorist content, gambling or fraud, infringement or piracy, and content endangering national security);
• Using this Site for any form of commercial profit, traffic diversion, artificial inflation, or advertising placement (without permission);
• Using any automated programs, crawlers or scripts to frequently scrape data from this Site, or scanning, attacking, stress-testing or interfering with the servers of this Site;
• Impersonating others, falsifying information, batch registration or buying and selling accounts;
• Using the Services to store or disseminate malicious programs, viruses or Trojans;
• Any other acts that violate laws and regulations, this Agreement, or harm the lawful rights and interests of this Site or third parties.

5.2 All legal consequences arising from your breach of the above undertakings shall be borne independently by you; if losses are caused to this Site or third parties, you shall bear full compensation liability.

5.3 You acknowledge and agree that: this Site does not assume any obligation of review or liability for any subsequent actions you take based on search results (including but not limited to opening, downloading, saving, sharing or secondary dissemination).

6. User Content and Authorization

6.1 By submitting User Content (including feedback and complaint materials), you represent and warrant that such content is true, lawful, submitted with proper authority, and does not infringe the lawful rights and interests of any third party.

6.2 You grant this Site the free, irrevocable right to use, reproduce and preserve the foregoing content for the purpose of providing the Services (including processing feedback, verifying complaints, improving services and maintaining security as necessary); complaint materials shall be used solely for the purpose of infringement verification.

6.3 This Site reserves the right to take measures such as deletion, blocking or refusal to accept against non-compliant User Content.

7. Disclaimer for Third-Party Content and External Links (Core Clause)

7.1 You expressly acknowledge that: the third-party websites, cloud-drive pages and any files or content carried therein to which the search results of this Site point are published and controlled by third parties, and have no affiliation, cooperation, authorization or endorsement relationship with this Site.

7.2 Regarding Third-Party Content, this Site makes no express or implied representations or warranties, including but not limited to their legality, truthfulness, accuracy, completeness, security, availability or non-infringement. Third-Party Content may be invalid, damaged, incorrectly linked, contain viruses or malicious programs, contain advertisements, be inconsistent, or infringe the rights of others, and this Site shall not be liable for any of the foregoing circumstances.

7.3 Your act of clicking, accessing, downloading or using any third-party links and content is an independent act between you and the third party, and all risks and liabilities arising therefrom (including but not limited to device damage, data loss, privacy leakage, property loss and legal disputes) shall be borne by you.

7.4 Thumbnails, descriptions, ratings, statistics and other information displayed on this Site, if sourced from third-party public interfaces (such as film and television databases), shall be subject to the accuracy of third-party data and are provided for reference only.

7.5 This Site shall not be liable for any terms of use, privacy policies or technical measures (such as CAPTCHAs or rate limiting) set by third-party websites.

8. Intellectual Property Statement

8.1 The intellectual property rights in this Site's own website design, code, Logo, copy and other elements belong to the operator of this Site or its rights holders, and no one may copy, mirror, crawl or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.

8.2 The intellectual property rights in Third-Party Content retrieved and displayed by this Site belong to their respective rights holders, and the display by this Site does not constitute any transfer or authorization of rights.

8.3 Any rights holder who believes that a link indexed by this Site infringes their lawful rights and interests may submit a notice through the Infringement Report channel in accordance with Article 9 of this Agreement, and this Site will handle it in accordance with the law.

9. Infringement Reporting and "Notice-and-Takedown" Mechanism

9.1 This Site has set up an Infringement Report channel (the "Infringement Report" entry at the bottom of the page) to accept complaints regarding copyright, trademark, reputation, privacy and other lawful rights and interests infringed by links indexed by this Site.

9.2 A complaint should include: the complete link of the complained resource on this Site, proof of rights, the complainant's identity and contact information, preliminary evidence of infringement and a statement of commitment. For complained links that are verified to be true, this Site will disconnect the index display within 3 working days.

9.3 You understand that search results are automated and time-sensitive, and the same resource may be indexed again under different keywords or in different link forms; this Site handles specific links under the "notice-and-takedown" mechanism and does not undertake to proactively screen all similar or derivative content.

9.4 Any person who submits a false complaint and causes losses to this Site or a third party shall bear full legal liability in accordance with the law.

10. Privacy and Personal Information Protection

10.1 This Site will collect, use, store and protect your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the requirements of laws and regulations, including but not limited to: mobile phone number, IP address, access logs (time, device type, source, region), cookies (visitor identifier, login credentials, language preference), search and usage records, etc.

10.2 To ensure service security and fulfill legal obligations, this Site may use access logs for security analysis, abuse identification and statistical optimization; and may provide them to competent authorities in accordance with the law.

10.3 You may exercise your rights to inquire about, correct or delete personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy; the contact email is shown at the top of the page.

10.4 You fully acknowledge that the internet environment is not absolutely secure. Although this Site takes reasonable security measures, it cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmission and storage, and the risks arising therefrom are acknowledged and understood by you.

11. Modification, Interruption and Termination of the Services

11.1 This Site reserves the right to modify, suspend, restrict or terminate all or part of the Services at any time based on its own operational needs without prior notice; this Site shall not be liable for any losses caused to you thereby to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11.2 This Site shall not be liable for service interruptions or abnormalities caused by the following reasons: system maintenance, failures, data center or network service provider issues, changes in third-party interfaces, anti-scraping technical measures, government actions, adjustments in laws and regulations, force majeure, etc.

11.3 This Site reserves the right to set limits on access frequency, caching and feature scope for individual users and overall.

12. Disclaimer and Liability Limitation (Core Clause)

12.1 The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this Site makes no express, implied or statutory representations or warranties regarding the Services, including but not limited to: merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, continuous availability, error-free, virus-free, accuracy of results and all other warranties.

12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, this Site shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses suffered by you due to the following circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Missing, erroneous, delayed or invalid search results;
• Any issues with Third-Party Content or links (including viruses, advertisements, content inconsistency, incorrect extraction codes, or broken links);
• Device, data, privacy or property losses caused by your opening, downloading or using Third-Party Content;
• Account theft or data leakage (due to your own reasons);
• Service interruption, delay, feature modification or termination;
• Force majeure and third-party reasons;
• Your violation of this Agreement or laws and regulations and the consequences thereof.

12.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, this Site shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses, regardless of whether such losses are based on contract, tort or other causes, and regardless of whether this Site has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

12.4 If in any circumstance you assert rights against this Site due to your use of the Services, and an effective legal document determines that this Site must bear liability, the total aggregate liability of this Site to you shall not exceed RMB 0 (i.e., the consideration actually paid by you for the Services, which is usually zero); except where otherwise required by mandatory provisions of law.

12.5 This disclaimer and liability limitation clause does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (such as liability for losses caused by intent or gross negligence and other mandatory provisions).

12.6 You agree that in the event of a dispute arising from your use of the Services, you should first seek friendly negotiation with this Site through the contact information on the page; you undertake not to engage in any cyber attacks, malicious complaints, defamation, commercial harassment or other acts targeting this Site.

13. Force Majeure

13.1 This Site shall not be liable for breach of contract or compensation for service interruption, data loss or inability to perform caused by force majeure or other reasons not attributable to this Site, including but not limited to earthquakes, typhoons, floods, wars, riots, epidemics, government actions, adjustments in laws and regulations, power or communication interruptions, hacker attacks, virus invasions, or technical changes by third-party platforms; however, this Site will make reasonable efforts to minimize the impact.

14. Protection of Minors

14.1 The Services are intended for persons with full civil capacity. If you are a minor, you should use the Services under the accompaniment and consent of a guardian, and the guardian shall bear full responsibility for the minor's use and the consequences thereof.

14.2 This Site does not actively facilitate account registration for minors, and reserves the right to take protective measures against suspected abnormal use by minors.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

15.1 The conclusion, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China (excluding the laws of the Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions).

15.2 Any dispute arising from this Agreement or the Services shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties; if negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the competent people's court at the location of the operator of this Site.

15.3 The place of signing and performance of this Agreement is the location of the server of this Site and the location of the operator.

16. Miscellaneous

16.1 Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

16.2 Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between this Site and you regarding the Services, superseding all prior oral or written agreements.

16.3 No Waiver: No failure or delay by this Site in exercising any right shall constitute a waiver of that right.

16.4 Assignment: This Site reserves the right to transfer all or part of the Services and the rights and obligations under this Agreement to an affiliate or transferee.

16.5 Language: This Agreement is written in Simplified Chinese; if other language versions exist, the Simplified Chinese version shall prevail.

16.6 This Agreement shall take effect from the date of publication.
